Washing up

We’ve gone on about it before – and no doubt we will again.

We have a  heavy few weeks of fixtures ahead and one of the unfortunate and unseen aspects of this is ensuring we have enough clean kit to play in – and this does not just mean the first team.

At present our resources in terms of that most mundane act of washing the kit are stretched – too stretched.

In this situation only one thing will happen, the costs of washing kit will go up dramatically as we will either have to get kit cleaned externally or else those washing it will have to take additional time to do it – and rightly charge the club for loss of earnings.  The costs may end up being equivalent to the wages of one player.

The only alternative is that someone or some people are able to come forward and help.  If you can help with the washing the kit over the next few weeks then we would be hugely grateful.  Please let Fingers or me know.

We are also looking into a longer term solution but we need help now.
